Quality Modeling for Multicollinearity Data Based on EIV Model

摘要

The phenomena that variables have multicollinearity and observational errors are universal in industry production. In this paper, the authors propose to use the errors-in-variables (EIV) model for quality modeling, and discuss the method for removing multicollinearity in quality modeling by employing EIV model. Following this, simulation experiment and a real quality modeling case are studied, which concludes that we can get quality model of high fitting precision and strong explanatory capability for real industrial process by EIV model.
