A normal approach for the design and implementation of magnetic engine for potential power generation is described. The engine comprises a flywheel that is driven by utilization of a large number of magnetic field sources. The setup utilizes a magnetically augmented rotation system for improving the drive wheel and prime mover (i.e., wind power in this case) efficiency. Wind power is considered to be a promising and encouraging alternative for power generation because of its tremendous environmental and social benefits, together with public support and government incentives. The wind, however, is variable, site specific and an intermittent source of energy.
