In this paper,three-dimensional parameterized model of mold and workpiece has been established by software Pro/E which was imported into finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA,the finite element model of cross wedge rolling stepped shaft has been established,the cross wedge rolling deformation process of shaft parts was simulated with finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA,the internal strain and surface deformation of workpiece have been gained in the process of rolling,the study provides reference and theoretical foundation for other parts of rolling forming mechanism and rules of deformation.
