摘要

Taking the technology innovation input and output 2000-2010 data of 29 provincial regions' large and medium-sized industrial enterprises as sample, this paper classifies all regions with a standard of the comprehensive strength by method of CMPD, and makes precision analysis and elastic structure analysis to each region by the PLS method. The following conclusions are obtained: Over the analysis period, there exist obvious regional differences in the key factors of innovation output and its important influence factors. The capacity of R&D and transformation are generally higher in most regions, international competitiveness is still lower; Except private enterprises concentrated region, invention patent is the main form of the patent; Investment of technology innovation is the most important influencing factors to technological innovation output, but personnel input influence is weaker.
