Using Grey Relational Analysis to Evaluate Resource Configuration And Service Ability For Hospital On Public Private Partnership Model In China

摘要

Grey relational analysis (GRA) is a method of grey system, which is very useful to evaluate resource configuration and service ability among 12 medical indicators in hospital on public private partnership (PPP) model (Chaonan Minsheng Hospital of Guangdong Province), public hospital and private hospital respectively from 2007 to 2011. Quantitative results of evaluation for hospital on PPP model together with qualitative analysis are discussed and analyzed. The purpose of this study is to supply decision-making reference for participants of hospital on PPP model (such as government, investors and hospital operator) and potential investors.
