The marketing modes of e-retailing focus on their own websites and third party website flat roof cooperation, but websites' security should be concerned. The age of China's customer segments which is lower than the ones of Occident fastens from 25 to 40 years old. Based on those, China's luxury e-retailing will further develop with internet development. Subordinate cities will become the main development space. And the consumer motivation difference of China's middle class will be distinct more and more.
