摘要

The construction of psychological contract is playing a significant role in the construction of labor relations of enterprises. By mechanism analysis of the effect of psychological contract on labor relations, this thesis has proposed the strategy of construction base, consolidation, and strengthening on psychological contract from the three sides of information symmetry at the time of recruitment, fair and reasonable salary and scientific staff management system based on the analysis of labor relations in small and medium-sized enterprises.
