摘要

Traditional evaluating tends to execute repeated calculation. Weighted 'virtue, competence, diligence & achievement' will possibly lead to a random result. Efficiency loss and drive lack are its two other drawbacks. To pursue optimum & equity of evaluation at a low performance level is meaningless, as will surely pay the price by sacrifice of efficiency or benefit. Traditional evaluation's mode of 'result appraisal' after event is by no means stimulation, so evaluation loses its own value. Multi-dimension, achievement creation, dark-box operation and team-based assessing are the author's vision on innovative assessing.
