Upon completion of the work, a Soil Management Report was prepared and submitted for approval by the agencies. The report documented the procedures observed and confirmation sampling results. The report stated that the approved SMP requirements had been fulfilled, and that the remediated land was now suitable for unrestricted reuse for the residential and open space parcels, and that no further soil excavation or removal would be required for land development in these areas.
