This paper reforms traditional aerial working platform safety lock detection platform and designs a safety lock automatic detection system, which is based on PIC. As the control unit, PIC16F877A can improve the system's stability. Angle and wire rope tension be collected through the angle sensor SCA61T and force transducer RSS02 and the data acquired are transferred into voltage. Then PIC16F877A processed, the result is displayed on the LCD screen, and finally printed. The system software is written by C language in modular fashion. The high voltage and low voltage are isolated while use digital filtering, placing the watchdog program and other methods to enhance the system's antijamming performance and improve overall system accuracy. The actual test showed that system can accurately and quickly automatic detect safety lock, and all the indexes meet the design requirements.
