The Mengding mount of Mingshan county is the cradle of the world culture, which has super physical geography resource, But its market is not very well although this county has been promoting industrialized operation strategy all this years. Built on field research, this paper has constructed the builds index system of market competitiveness, and then it uses AHP to research all the competitive factors of this county and finally put forward some specific measures and suggestions.
