摘要

Based on customer value, this paper builds up the driving mode of the customer loyalty to find the value factors leading to customer loyalty. And we test the mode by questionnaires investigation. The results show that customer value is the most key factor to build up customer loyalty and the customer value factors include reputation and impression of enterprise, quality and price factors, and they are ranked according to their effect on customer loyalty from the lowest strength to the highest strength.
