Analysis of market-oriented learning mechanism of Construction Energy enterprises

Rapid and stable development of Chinese economy has raised a powerful requirement for construction industry which has achieved proper standard of technology and management. Under the environment of market economy, facing new environment, problems and fierce competition, to improve self-adaptability, construction industry must continuously jump out of the routine and traditional frame to search for new solutions. This paper tries to analyze its mechanism and bring forward relevant strategies, which is helpful for building enterprises. Based on the learning mechanism of signal evolution, the paper integrates the tendency and characteristics of building enterprises to research the market-oriented learning mechanism of Building enterprise. Applying the self-adaptability learning theory, the paper have put forward the self-adaptability learning model of building production process in the two conditions to adjust and betterment the building production process from different point of views, this to say, first, aiming at the problems in production and marketing, construction enterprises need to adjust strategies in continuous error revision learning. Second, under the precondition of enterprises' limited learning ability, to avoid the saturation of learning capacity, we need to add a limit to perception weigh.
