摘要

The baseline model is an essential prediction used for identify energy savings in energy retrofitting projects or energy management program. Most baseline models are developed by regressing the energy consumption versus weather and other independent variables. The baseline model for each building is based on the characteristics of building and weather. This paper presents a energy bills analysis method for baseline building energy consumption in wuhan, a city of the hot summer and cold winter region of China. Eleven office buildings were involved in this research. The results shows that monthly mean outdoor dry-bulb temperature was the most important variable and the others weather variable, such as relative humidity and global solar radiation were weak correlations with the whole building energy consumption. Single variable linear model based on outdoor dry-bulb temperature is sufficient and practical to track and baseline energy use in the hot summer and cold winter condition.
