摘要

Knowledge Management (KM) has been focused in information systems field, in which knowledge transfer is a key problem. Although there is substantial research about knowledge transfer during the implementation of IS, there is little research in the phase of IS usage. Based on author's project experiences and former literatures, this paper describes the conflicts between the knowledge users acquired themselves and embedded in the IS. Investigating the knowledge transfers between users and technicians form the view of four knowledge transfers processes, analyze that how users internalize the knowledge embedded in the IS which can extend a new IS research direction and provide the theoretical foundation for further researches.
