A Study on the Construction of Virtual Enterprise Capability System Oriented to Project Management

摘要

The concept of virtual enterprise capability is proposed based on the theory of virtual enterprise and enterprise capability. Virtual enterprise capability depends on project, so it is temporary, integrated and complex capability. The system of virtual enterprise capability is presented which is composed of project, organization, communication, process and environment. Virtual enterprise capability has three stratums: standard capability, systematic capability and complex capability. Virtual enterprise capability is dynamic in quantity and quality.
