With concept and model development change of education, it is emergent for application college to train innovative personnel of high quality, the model of open experiment teaching has become into common trend of experiment reform to promote the student's abilities of study and innovation and practice. This paper has established the platform of open experiment teaching, and summarized and recalled it, it may provide useful references for teaching reform of other application college.
