Hypomotility, akinesia and weightlessness can lead to the muscle disuse atrophy. Therefore, to discover the mechanism of muscle disuse atrophy and to search the oppositional measure maintained the important probleM in sports medicine and rehabilitation medicine urgently to be solved. Our previous investigation proved that the decrease of the afferent discharge of muscle spindle was one of the primary reason which led to the muscle disuse atrophy. Accordingly, this research screened out the one among over ten medicines involved in energy metabolism that could make muscle spindle excitant and observed its effect to muscle disuse atrophy as well.
