This paper presents a method of monitoring the condition of hydraulic electromagnetism valves based on wireless sensor system. In this method low power, low cost, high integrated wireless sensor nodes, using JN5139-000-M00 module as their main component, were designed, which set up a star topology network based on EEEE805.15.4, which then real-time wireless test and display the vibration and magnetism signal of the electromagnetism valves on the large-scale hydraulic equipment to realize real-time monitoring for its working condition. Nodes of the whole system are small and convenient for fixing, the topology is simple and steady, and the application software are easy to be adjusted and developed.
