-The Virtual Problem-Moving freight1 sub-surface,either containers or bulk goods via a combination of infrastructure Tunnel Boring Machines-(TBM) technology & Shuttle Propulsion Technology being Linear Induction Motor-(LIM) coupled with Freight Pipeline Technology, in this case Pneumatic Capsule Pipeline-(PCP) to / from seaports to / from Intermodal Terminals. In this paper the specific exampled sea port is Port Botany, Sydney, Australia with a proposal currently under consideration by the New South Wales State Government & Australian Federal Government.
