An Upgrading Study of Traditional Industrial Cluster in Global Value Chain-Taking Zhejiang Province as an Example

Economic globalization is gradually making the local economy with the model of industrial clusters to be embed in the framework of the globe. Taking the upgrading and development of regional industry cluster as the core of study and the global value chain as cutin point, this paper analyzes the current situation of typical industry clusters in Zhejiang province and puts forward tactics on how to promote the clusters.
