The Centro Protesi Inail's Project 'Going Back Home'

The Centro Protesi INAIL in Vigorso di Budrio, Italy is an UNI EN ISO 9001-2000 certified company and is a structure composed of a production-oriented orthopaedic laboratory and a rehabilitation area. The Centro Protesi INAIL carries out a specific research and experimentation activity aimed at building and testing advanced technological devices and studying new methods for their application. The multidisciplinary staff is made up of a physiacian, an orthopaedic technician, a hospital attendant, a rehabilitation therapist, a psychologist and social worker: they carry out a personalized prosthetic-rehabilitative plan based on the age and the kind of physical disability of the person; the plan also coniders the patients return to their environmental context.
