Daqin Line Service Life of Switch Technology Research

摘要

For increasing of service life of turnout on Daqin heavy load track, after studying the rail rolled by bainitic steel will be adopted to manufacture frog, point rail, stock rail, guard rail and so on key parts and design scheme for new structure also will be adopted. On the basis of above studying, bainitic steel assembled frog jointly studied by Beijing Railway Administration and Beijing Teye Industry and Trade Corp. has been installed on Shitai line, Fengsha line in operation for 28 months and installed on Daqin heavy load track in operation for 13 months, which service life is increased 4 to 6 times of manganese steel frog's.
