STRENGTHENING MODERN INDUSTRIAL TRAINING TO IMPROVE COLLEGE STUDENTS' ENGINEERING QUALITY

Based on the analysis of the current situation that college students are lack of engineering quality, this article discourses the necessity of improving the engineering quality. How to strengthen the universities' modern industrial training as well as how to improve the college students' engineering quality from six aspects are studied, which are the center system construction, the "Combination of studying, producing and researching" center development, the training of "thrice-professionallytitled" teacher teams, the "academic and skillful" dual-diplomas training mode, the share of teaching resources and the "trooping" innovative training mode.
