摘要

This research applied the two-factor authentication with rather high security to mobile phones. The approach was the combination of face recognition and passwords converted to byte of array before it changed to string. Then, it was stored in the database for the security and storage convenience. Regarding the authentication through face recognition, Eigenface's technique was employed here to develop the system for its higher accuracy. The results revealed that the program could recognize face accurately with the mean at 98%, considered as a very high accuracy and at an excellent criteria. The whole processing time was 5.5432 s, which was assumed as the medium speed and agreeable criteria.
