摘要

The influence of the sequence of the ferromagnetic (FM) and antiferromagnetic (AF) layers and the thickness of the antiferromagnetic layer on magnetic properties of FM/AF, AF/FM and FM/AF/FM structures was studied. Angular dependences of coercive force and exchange bias field were analyzed for all the structures with different thickness of the AF layer. For the AF/FM structures, the exchange bias field increases with an increase of the AF-layer thickness while no AF-layer-thickness dependence of magnetic properties was observed for the FM/AF and FM/AF/FM structures. The enhancement of the exchange bias was also found for the three-layered system.
