摘要

In this work we studied the possibility to manipulate the magnetic properties and domain wall dynamics of glass-coated Co_(68.7)Fe_4Ni_1B_(13)Si_(11)Mo_(2.3) amorphous ferromagnetic microwires exhibiting S-shape hysteresis loop in as-prepared state. It was shown that amorphous ferromagnetic microwires of this composition absolutely changed their magnetic properties after annealing – it became bistable. The reason of such drastic differences of magnetic properties of as-prepared and annealed microwires is changing of magnetostriction constant sign. Moreover, velocity of the domain wall propagation of microwires with acquired bistability was found to be enhanced by increasing of annealing temperature from 300 to 350°C.
