The article solves the problems of net present value with fuzzy net annual value and fuzzy interest rate by applying the theory of the structured element. It derivates a formula to solve the fuzzy net present value and discusses the limit convergence of the fuzzy net present value on the basis of introducing the fuzzy structured element and its related theorems in brief, and then illustrates its application through the example.
