Since 2009, Korea has been developing the real-time demand resources market operation system, emphasizing the necessity of a reliable and economic load management program to expand the users' value and choice with the newly developed collaborative green IT solution. In this paper, the development of load aggregator system and demand response client system will be discussed in a technical perspective.
