摘要

In this paper, our analysis is based on the application materials of seven universities which firstly approved experimental area about personnel training in business administration subject by the quality engineering committee of Ministry of Education. We find the commonness of personnel training model in the seven universities based on the comparatively analysis in many aspects. Meanwhile, we provide references for common universities to construct the overall frame of innovative training model in business administration subject.
