Contrastive Analysis of Management Course Practical Teaching Surveys in Jiangsu Province

摘要

The practical teaching methods of management course were generalized as three sorts including point-mode, line-mode and plane-mode in this article, and the influencing factors and effects of the practical teaching were surveyed in four colleges in Jiangsu Province. The survey results indicated that the practical teaching effects of various colleges were different, and big differences existed in students' evaluations for the teaching measures. Generally, students gave higher evaluations for the teacher instruction and the student participation, and gave lower evaluations for the evaluation mechanism, the resource support and the enterprise cooperation. The problems and reasons in the existing teaching practice were further analyzed, and the basic thought combining practice and teaching in management courses was put forward in the article.
