In order to ensure the safety of surrounding buildings when the directional blasting demolition of boiler room is carried out. the blasting vibration effect should be monitored. The measured results of blasting vibration velocity and blasting vibration frequency are analyzed, and the results show that: subsection millisecond blasting can control the vibration effect effectively and reduce blasting vibration velocity. The vibration frequency of this boiler room mainly distributes at 5 ~ 20 Hz,which is close to the natural ones of buildings. So, great attention should be paid to it during blasting demolition of buildings.
