A study to the internal power for promoting the symbolic value of an enterprise

Insistent innovation is the source of vigor for an enterprise to survive and develop, whether or not could an enterprise keep innovating and how to innovate are important issues in the study of the economic administration of an enterprise. Although an enterprise is an economic organization, its economiC activities involve much human spirit and intelligence, which become the internal power that driving insistent innovation, supporting and promoting the symbolic value that stands for the enterprise. This paper, employing related knowledge of economics and business administration, exploring into the nature of insistent innovation system, suggests that the dominant force of innovation system is the power to maintain and promote the symbolic value of an enterprise through creative activities.
