Research on DSS and Business Strategic Decision Making

摘要

This paper focuses on the application of Decision Support Systems (DSS) to top executives and CEOs decision making for enterprises' development. It narrates the experience of Chinese enterprises in the development of decision making and the related emergence of an information-based support organization for enterprises, the Information & Decision Support Center. The paper narrates a decision support system case. The paper also narrates the challenges envisaged and lessons learned from the DSS cases.
