摘要

In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages oftraditional PID controller and fuzzy logic controller algorithmwere analyzed on the control characteristics of electric furnace.According to the intelligent control theory, fuzzy PID (Fuzzy-PID) compound control was selected to realize intelligentcontrol of electric furnace with two-input and two-outputsystem. Based on real temperature control system, anintelligent control system with PID control and fuzzy controlwas designed. It has some adaptive abilities, strong robustnessand stability and can be applied in the system which is difficultto be built as an exact mathematical model.
