Lifts installed on or before May 28 must be inspected. Lifts installed after May 28 must be inspected prior to installation. Lifts must receive annual inspections (one per wind farm). Inspection fee is $250 for each inspection at a wind farm. Blueprints must be certified by a P.E. Lift manufacturer must immediately notify labor commissioner of any personal injury accident anywhere in the world. Lifts must comply with 29 CFR 2910.
