摘要

Arc-discharge synthesis of single-walled carbon nanotubes was carried outusing as catalyst only mixtures of 3d transition metals – Ni, Co, Fe, Mn, Cr and V. Fortwo- and three-component catalytic systems the best yields of SWCNT was observed inthe following row – 3Ni-Co-Mn > 4Ni-Mn > 3Ni-Co-Cr > 4Ni-Cr. At the highestSWCNT yields the average size of nanoparticles achieved 14 nm by results of X-raydiffraction.
