The customer information system (CIS) in commercial banks can be divided into three stages as the basic customer relationship management (CRM),comprehensive customer relationship management and the optimization of customer relationship.This paper introduces the theory of information tree expression of information engineering,proposes a method of data search and transformation based on the composition of customer information base and database to implement the personalized marketing online.
