The expression for the Long- wavelength plasma frequencies in a closed form isderived in the fractional dimensional space within the random phase approximation methodincluding the static local-field-factor. The frequencies are also calculated in the plasmon-poleapproximation method. Comparison of the plasma frequencies calculated in these methodsshows that the contribution of the local-field-factor is important for the lower dimensionalsystems. The discrepancy between these two methods is not significant for the lowerdimensional systems. The discrepancy between these two methods is not significant.
