摘要

The feasibility analysis of closed-cell aluminum foam sandwich panels used as train floor and acoustic side-lining was conducted and a comparison was made with other train floor and acoustic side-lining, according to the noise frequency characteristic curve inside the train, Sound insulation characteristic curve and vibration isolation performance test results. The purpose is to reduce the noise and the vibration inside the carriages. The results show that the noise reduction capacity and damping capacity of closed-cell aluminum foam panels with a density of 0.5g/cm~3 and a thickness of 15-20mm is superior to wood materials and aluminum honeycomb, which shows a great development prospect.
