Nowadays, the parallel operation of various power converters can be usually found in many applications. Moreover, more powerful, compact and lighter power converters are demanded in order to satisfy the actual power demand. In this sense, this article presents a parallel association of Matrix Converters (MC) by droop parallelization technique. Furthermore, a droop method with a novel secondary control has been implemented. Thanks to this novel control method, the nominal values of the frequency and amplitude of the load voltage are improved. The results obtained confirm the validity of the proposed control method.
