NEI/NRC LOFG Meeting, 12/11/07: Agreed in principle to Robinson Methodology of SBT conduct and documentation; Agreed to bounding of scenarios required to undergo SBT - NRC exam scenarios, scenarios used for crediting reactivity manipulations; Agreed that malfunctions in section 3.1.4 must have been tested at least once in life of simulator, with supporting documentation. Agreement documented in NRC ADAMS documents ML073460199 and ML073511714. SBT replaces only the malfunction testing component of performance testing - all other testing requirements remain.
