The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) test is used extensively in management to characterize individual em-ployee personality or working style along four components. Traditional team analysis gives the team an MBTI type based on the dominance of characteristics among the individual team members. In this paper, a quantitative metric for the teams working style is proposed. The model, inspired from physics, consists of an array of ‘ball and bars’ representing the four MBTI dimensions fitted to the collective team members’ individual personality scores. Charac-teristics of this system such as its center of mass, coverage of axes, moments of inertia, etc. are proposed as a metric for correlative analysis in understanding the relationship and interactions of team members.
