Similar with the growth in civil and commercial applications, the positioning, navigation and timing information provided by the Global Positioning System (GPS) affects on human beings. Particular efforts are being made in real time research to enhance positioning accuracy using GNSS (mainly GPS). The use of real time positioning could be used in for a variety of applications in location-based service (LBS), navigation, surveying, traffic system, farming, and etc. In addition, error modeling in local or regional area for high precision RTK positioning has been developed over the last few years.
