We investigate the thermal evolution of isolated neutron stars, including the transi-tion of nuclear matter into quark matter at some time during the cooling stage. We showcooling curves by changing the transition periods in parametric manner. If there wouldbe observational data which fit to our results, it suggests the existence of quark stars.
