In recent years, residential construction in Shandong had a rapid development. However, comparing with developed countries in the world. there are still large gaps in per-capita living space. Apartment structure and housing facilities. Through analysis towards massive statistic on housing prices against income, at last it obtained the possibility of the residents to improve the condition of housing in Shandong.
