Research on the Index System of Measuring Urban Intellectual Capital

摘要

In this paper, we mainly discussed the concept, construction and measurement index of urban intellectual capital, and put forward the criteria of measuring urban intellectual capital. And according to the criteria, we set up a set of new index system for measuring urban intellectual capital, and gave a comprehensive index of measuring urban intellectual capital by using of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).
