A Case Study on the Establishment Process of Self-management Rules for Residents Who Live in Hiramatsu Housing Complex of Kitakyushu Corporation House

摘要

The important task for the public housing in Japan is how to lead the residents to establish their rules for the community life and house utilization. In this paper, we analyzed the lifestyle of the residents in Hiramatsu housing complex of Kitakyushu corporation house where a unique housing program and housing procedure are adopted, and the actual state of the management action. We furthermore considered the characteristics of the factors which stimulate the residents' self-management and the rules established through the management action.
