General Information on the State Security, Legal and Financial Discipline Control System

摘要

The general information on the state security, legal and financialdiscipline control system is presented in the paper. First of all, the general contentof the system is represented through such aspects as: functional, organizational,normative and legal, informational, technical and communicational, informationsecurity and information protection. Further the organizational elements of itstechnological subsystems are presented. The general conclusion concerning thesystem which constitute a basis for resistance of globalization threats and forassurance of economic security of the Republic of Moldova is presented at thefinal part of the paper.
