摘要

In the past few years, much attention has been paid to develop novel membranes by amination of polyimide membranes. For example, W. Albrecht et al. studied the amination of poly(ether imide) membranes using di- and multi-amines. The results showed that the imide ring could be opened up by amines to generate an additional amide group bearing some free amine groups. These amines groups made the membrane more hydrophilic and positively charged. Meanwhile, they may be further reacted with other modifiers, such as epoxy, to prepare new types of composite membranes.
